5 simple steps to implementing BookingsPlus…

You’ve decided to implement a new lettings software management system in order to streamline your lettings administration, save valuable time in managing bookings and take advantage of the efficiencies online software can bring to your operation, so now what?  Our Sales and Customer Account Coordinator, Kimberley, takes you through the 5 simple steps to getting up and running with BookingsPlus.

1. Arrange a demo

For an insight into our online lettings platform call, email or request a demo online today.  Our expert sales team will take you through an overview of the features and benefits of the software, provide customer references and testimonials, whilst answering any questions you may have.

2. Start the setup process

Once you are happy to proceed with BookingsPlus we will begin the setup process and a member of our customer service team will introduce themselves via a series of automated requests, making it really simple for you to help us capture the information we need to build your system.  Details include; your venue opening hours, list of spaces for hire, logo and venue images and any existing hirer information which will all be uploaded to your new BookingsPlus system ready for handover after your training session. Once you complete the online ‘Venue Registration’ form, which is effectively our agreement to you, your account will be activated and you are now a official BookingsPlus customer!

3. Let us complete your build

We usually advise 5 working days for the system build.  If you require your system quicker than this we can agree this during the on-boarding process. Once we have populated your system, it’s ready for your training session.  You’ll receive an email with a setup checklist – this will give you a final checklist of items we recommend reviewing before your website goes live and you start inputting your bookings.

4. Undertake your training session

We will arrange BookingsPlus system training for you and your team, guiding you through the use of the platform. This will initially take a few hours of your time and can be arranged at a time to suit you and your team.  After your training session a summary email will be sent containing a final checklist of things to review in order to conclude your system setup. Ongoing support will be available via our helpdesk and customer service team.

5. You’re ready to go live!

Congratulations! You are now ready to go live with your new BookingsPlus system and website.  You can inform your hirers via the automated welcome email, giving them access to their own online account.  Your new community website will start marketing your venue for hire to potential new clients.
